Village of Holly Rental Policy

Are you renting or do you plan on renting in the Village of Holly? If so do you know that the Village of Holly has a rental registration and inspection ordinance? The Village of Holly requires all rental property to be registered and inspected for compliance with current maintenance codes. When a rental property has been properly registered and inspected a Certificate of Compliance is issued for that property. If you are renting or plan on renting within the Village you may call the Village of Holly Building Department to see if a Certificate of Compliance has been issued for that property. If no certificate has been issued the Building Dept. will work with the landlord and/or tenant to ensure the property meets current maintenance code requirements and local ordinances.
