Marv was born and raised in Holly. He is married to his wife Karen and has 2 daughters. One daughter attends MSU and the other daughter is married and expecting her first child. He has been employed by the Holly

Village Council

The Village Council is responsible for oversight of all department within the village. The council sets the direction of the Village and takes their direction from the Village residents.
